Coming soon: a fully rugged Atex Zone2 Hazardous iPad. This Atex iPad can be used in hazardous environments and when certifying is ready, also in Zone2 Atex and IEC Ex for Europe. (Q4 2012). This product is designed to resist vibrations, shocks, dust and water in indoor and outdoor environments. This case allows you to take your ipad to places with sand, dust and water.

The hazardous rugged iPa is Class1 Div2 certified, and the case made of Milled Aluminium is sealed to Nema 4. (Outdoors application)

This atex iPad allows you to surf the web for up to 10 hours nonstop, optionally you can add 3G or 4G as an option. This allows you to surf the web or check your email when not connected to an WiFi network. The rugged iPad case with iPad2 or iPad3 can be charged via the Power Adapter or USB to Computersystem. (both supplied)

The operating temperature of the rugged Atex iPad case is 32 to 95 F, when non-operating the device the
operating temperature is -4 to 113 F.

This rugged zone2 Atex iPad is available with an ballistic or leather nylon carying case. Except this, there are
also some accesoires available. Optionally you can order an (non-certified) Bluetooth keyboard, this allows
you enter text like you're on an laptop or computer. Also available is an (Ex certified) bluetooth headset for
video-calling, this allows you to video-call when you're connected to WiFI or 3G/4G network.
