Sinds kort zijn de nieuwe Vodafone RED-Abbonementen verkrijgbaar, de Vodafone RED-Abbonementen bieden ten opzichten van de huidige mobiel telefonie-abbonementen een hoop voordelen waaronder een groot databundel, en in de toekomst toegang tot het 4G netwerk.

Behalve een grote databundel en toegang tot het 4G netwerk krijgt u bij de meest uitgebreide variant ook gratis een extra data-SIM-kaart, met dit multi-SIM-principe kunt u op uw mobiele telefoon gebruik maken van telefonie en internet, en hiernaast heeft u tegelijkertijd ook toegang tot het internet op bijvoorbeeld uw tablet,  en dit allemaal van dezelfde databundel.

U heeft al een Vodafone RED-Abbonement (Essential) vanaf 29 euro per maand! Hier krijgt u ook nog eens 6 maanden 50% korting op. U krijgt bij dit abbonement een toestel in Smartphone-categorie B. Zo kunt u bijvoorbeeld kiezen voor een Samsung Galaxy S 3 Mini Blue. Bij dit abbonement krijgt u 100 belminuten, en mag u onbeperkt sms-berichten versturen en ontvangen. Ook krijgt u 500 MB als databundel, met een maximumsnelheid van 3.6 Mbps.

Wanneer u voor het meest uitgebreide abbonement binnen de Vodafone RED-Abbonementen-serie kiest, kiest u voor RED Super, u betaald in dat geval 65 euro per maand, bij dit abbonement zit een Smartphone uit categorie C, zo kunt u bijvoorbeeld kiezen voor een HTC One of vergelijkbaar toestel, waar u maandelijks ongeveer 5 euro voor betaald. Wanneer u voor dit abbonement kiest mag u onbeperkt bellen en smsen. U krijgt maarliefst 4 GB aan internet, en dit gaat op een snelheid tot maximum 42 Mbps. Uiteraard krijgt u bij dit abbonement ook toegang tot het 4G-netwerk wanneer dit beschikbaar komt.

Bij dit abbonement kunt u gratis tot maximum 2 extra data-SIM-kaarten aanvragen.

Wanneer u op zoek bent naar een zakelijk abbonement is het Vodafone RED Business Essential abbonement wellicht wat voor u.  Voor dit abbonement betaald u 65 euro per maand, en mag u onbeperkt bellen en smsen, in Nederland en in de 43 Vodafone Voordeellanden. Ook krijgt u bij dit abbonement 1 GB aan Data, met een maximale snelheid van 28.8 Mbps.

Bij dit abbonement krijgt u een Samsung Galaxy S3 Blue, hiervoor betaald u of eenmalig 70 euro, of 4,13 per maand.

Call Forwarding and charger for GSM-R

Charger and call forwarding mixed in the same device is an excellent description of our latest invention CH2000.
The new CH2000 is a reliable way of forwarding calls between cradle and handheld. When the cabin radio recognizes a new handheld in the cradle, the cradle automatically sends the phone number to the 8W cab radio system. The phone number is saved in the cab radio memory as long as the handheld is in use with this specific cradle.

When the handheld is in portable use and detached from the cradle, the phone number is forwarded to the handheld and stays in memory even outside the cabin area! This unique call forwarding feature gives more flexibility in daily use, but is of great help in emergency situations outside the cabin area. The CH2000 together with the cabin radio system constantly check the active handheld to avoid that phone numbers get mixed, for example when the staff in the cabin shifts.

Thermal Imaging
Unlike optical systems, which like the human eye requires light, thermal imaging uses infrared electromagnetic radiation 900-14,000 nm wavelengths (heat) to produce images. All objects that are above -213C emit infrared radiation, the amount of radiation emitted is proportional to the temperature of the objects and thermal imaging detects these minute temperature variations and thus accurately reproduces the scene. Since all objects emit infrared radiation a thermal imager is able to "see" the environment regardless of lighting conditions making ideal for ultra long range detection.
